Reclaiming Faith

As old systems around us crumble and the noise from those who want us to feel disempowered and divided gets louder, I remind myself to live from the inside out. Yes, 2025 is going to be a momentous year for human evolution. And yes, there will be growing pains.
I have been mostly off social media and not reading news headlines since January, focusing my time and attention on what I feel is my soul’s purpose in this lifetime. It’s quiet work. As is the quiet work that many people are continuing to do to make this world better. I have faith that the time is coming, when all the quiet, compassion-centered work will click into place. I know that word “faith” is loaded and carries lots of dense, manipulative energy. I’d like us to imagine brushing all that old, energetic debris off and reclaim faith.
Finding ways to have faith in ourselves each day is a quiet investment. It allows us to brush off our internal compass that has our best interest in mind, ground and feel balanced, rather than whiplashed by the news cycle.
This is your invitation to explore what having faith in yourself looks like and feels like.
